League Report 13th September:

The early leaders in the first division are Wrentham who went nap for the second week running, this time beating Caxton Res 5-1 with makeshift striker Ricci Reade helping himself to two goals, the others coming from Steve Shipley, Stuart Holland & John McGraine.

Norton Athletic are second after easing to a 4-0 success over Blundeston Magpies where Ryan Hills, Paul Harriman, Kevin Briers and Chris Smith were on target whilst Kirkley & Pakefield are the other team on maximum points as they condemned Barsham to their second 3-2 defeat.

Luke Faliaze is on fire for FC Hearts as his second brace helped them to a high scoring 6-4 victory over Waveney Res. for whom Ray Winney hit a trick. Champions Hearts of Oak slipped to a disappointing 1-1 draw at Pot Black who are captained by ex-player Darren Boyd. Hearts suffered an early red card but still took the lead through an own goal. Pot Black rallied and netted a deserved equalising goal through Adam Bird. The game at Spexhall was off.

Hopton White Hart are the early pace setters in the second division as they rammed in 8 goals against a severely depleted Norton Res side who were missing 6 of their regular players. That said Norton were level at 2-2 well into the second half (Simon Tarver & Ant Elliot) before a dramatic collapse.

Hot on their heels are Crusaders who had a smashing 7-1 win at Tudor FC. Corton A are sitting in third after netting a point in their 2-2 draw at Pakefield Re-United. The table then shows 7 teams all sitting on 1 win, 1 loss. Bungay Town A netted their first win 3-1 over Waveney Gunners whilst Ellingham went 3 goals better in defeating O Broad & Notley’s Res. 6-1. LIFC earned the points with a narrow 2-1 win at Oxford Arms Res, and Ole Frank won by the same scoreline at White Horse Seltic.

The third division is headed by the strong looking Gt Yarmouth Town Hall who smashed in 13 goals against Blundeston Magpies Res winning 13-1. Suffolk Punch move into second place after their fine 2-0 victory at Waveney A.
Marquis of Lorne and Factory Arms both picked up their first wins, Marquis scoring the only goal in beating Corton White Horse Seltic and Factory racking up an impressive 4-0 success against Earsham. The final match saw Harleston Town Res. beat Westhall 5-1.

being outplayed , ha you had 3 shots.. anyway you sound like a bigger dick now as if you were outplaying us with 11 and then 10 how come you struggled to score and only did threw a rare keeping mistake! hearts are 6 times better and time make sure your ready for defeat, you only got a point mate its great when we play crap and still dont lose , something your team cant do too !
