Notley's League Report 15th November.

The results this week proves how open the first division is this season. Leaders Hearts of Oak lost for the first time as they went down by the only goal at Kirkley & Pakefield.

They however remain 3 points clear as Blundeston Magpies were inactive. FC Hearts remain 3rd despite their 3-2 defeat to Barsham whose first win of the season hauls them up to 10th place.

Spexhall took a while to get going but now they appear in the groove as they beat Sole Bay United Res 2-1 and are now 9th. Wrentham recorded a good 4-1 win against Norton and the sides sit 5th & 6th respectively.

Pot Black are proving to everyone they are hard to beat as they drew their 4th game already this term, this time 0-0 at Waveney Res.

The second division also remains a tight affair with leaders Ole Frank scoring the only goal in their win against LIFC. White Horse Seltic went goal crazy at Hopton as they won 10-0 a result that sees Hopton slip to 7th.

Pakefield Re-United scored a 4-2 success against Oulton Broad Res. to stay 3rd ahead of Crusaders who won by the off goal of 9 in their match with Corton A.

Norton Athletic Res. & Bungay Town A shared 4 goals and the point they each picked up moved them up a place as they sit 5th and 6th.

Waveney Gunners hit Oxford Arms Res. for a 13-1 scoreline whilst Ellingham collected a good 3 points following their 2-0 win at Tudor FC.

The third division saw Gt. Yarmouth Town Hall keep their run going as they beat Spexhall Res. 2-0.

Suffolk Punch are the only 100% record left which they maintained courtesy of their 9-0 drubbing of White Horse Seltic Res.

Harleston Town Res. defeated Factory Arms 5-0 to climb to 3rd place whilst Earsham beat Kirkley & Pakefield B 5-1.

Marquis of Lorne and Blundeston Magpies Res. shared the points following their 2-2 draw and Waveney A climb the table as they scored the only goal in their encounter with Westhall.
