League Report 10th January.

Jack Frost put paid to any hopes the league had of completing the 2nd round of the Brighty Driving Tuition KO Cup as all bar two of the scheduled fixtures were postponed because of frozen pitches. This included all scheduled league games.

The two games to beat the freeze were at Hopton where second division Hopton White Hart took first division Waveney Res. to extra time following a 2-2 scoreline at 90 minutes. But following an incredible 6 goals in extra time it was the visitors who progressed into the last 8.

They will be joined by Spexhall whom defeated second division Tudor 4-2 at Benjamin Britten High School.

All the remaining cup games will now be rescheduled for February.
