Hearts open up 8 point gap over Norton.

With Norton inactive it was Hearts of Oak whose two late goals from Vinny Terry and Luke Falaize helped them to a 2-0 win over Spexhall and increase their lead to 8 points however the village outfit do have two games in hand. The race for the third spot was turned up again as Pot Black pulled themselves level with Kirkley by beating them 1-0 for the second time this season thanks to a Adam Tantony strike. Also on 30 points are Wavney Youth whom beat Sole Bay United Res. 5-0 with goals from Ray Winney 2, Shaun Howes, Gavin Crowe and Karl Pull who scored his first ever goal for the club. Joing the pack on 30 points are Wrentham who were without a fixture. All have played 17 matches bar Pot Black whom have played one more so it is all to play for in an exciting end to the season. Oxford Arms had a comfortable 6-1 win over Corton Res. but not as easy as CDS Waveney who were the days biggest winners as they racked up a 9-0 win over Carlton Rangers.

The second division saw the top two once more pick up 3 points as Hearts of Oak Res. won impressivley 8-1 over county cup finalists Ellingham. Barsham sat a point adrift as they beat Crusaders 3-1. Blundeston Magpies went nap against Royal Standard to stay third as did Caxton Res. who remain 5th. Sandwiched in-between are White Horse Seltic who slipped to a single goal defeat to Pakefield Re-United who are now up to 6th place. Oulton Broad & Notley's Res. and Waveney Gunners shared the points in a 2-2 draw with Broad's goals coming from I Olly and R Baker. The game at Norton between the Reserves and Suffolk Punch was postponed as Punch failed to raise a side.

The third division saw leaders Ole Frank slip to only their second defeat as they went down 2-1 to a Bungay Town A side that have put a good run together and are now 5th. Hopton White Hart emerged with the 3 points following their 10 goals thriller at Marquis of Lornes as they won 6-4 to remain second. Blundeston Plough are stuttering at the moment as they were held 1-1 by Oxford Arms Res. Spexhall Res. collected 3 points after beading CDS Waveney Res. 4-3 whilst in the mid table clash LIFC and Earsham shared 6 goals.
