So how will the season end up?

With the season entering the final 6 weeks it is time for an overview of the permutations in each division.

First Division:

The title is set for a showdown between the last two winners with Hearts of Oak in pole position. They are currently 8 points clear with just 3 games remaining and can all but win the title if they defeat Norton on April 12th. Their other remaining fixtures are against Oxford Arms and Carlton Rangers and can't see anything other that Hearts picking up maximum points there. Norton on the other hand have 5 fixtures left and as it stand need 5 wins to secure the title. Norton's run in is tricky to say the least with CDS, Wrentham, Waveney & Potblack all to play along with the big showdown at Hearts.

At the foot of the division it is a straight battle between Sole Bay Res and Corton Res as to who survives and with the two still to clash for a second time the outcome of that game could decide who survives.

A more difficult prediction would be who will finish in third place. After the latest round of games there are now 6 points seperating the 5 contenders Wrentham, Spehall, Kirkley, Pot Black & Waveney. It looks like a straight battle between Wrentham and Spexhall with Wrentham having a slender 1 point advantage. Both teams have to play Sole Bay with the remaining two fixtures looking tricky as Wrentham have to play Norton and Waveney whilst Spexhall travel to Kirkley & Pot Black.

Second Division:

The second division title looks a straight race between Hearts of Oak Res and Barsham who both have 5 games left however the destination of the trophy could well go down when the two teams clash. Hearts hold a narrow point advantage. Should either of the top two slip up and Caxton Res. could well pounce following a recent good run that has seen them upto third place however they have 6 points to make up.

Following the withdrawel of Suffolk Punch there is now one relegation spot with Crusaders sitting 4 points ahead of Lacon Arms. Lacon Arms must win the clash with Crusaders to have any chance.

Third Division:

The third division title has already been won by Ole Frank however the runners up spot is still to be decided as Blundeston Plough and Hopton White Hart go head to head. Plough are the current occupiers and from a game more they have a point advantage so it is in Hopton's hand if they can win their 4 remaining fixtures.

The bottom of the table is much closer with CDS Waveney Res, Factory Arms and Westhall 2007 seperated by 3 points however Westhall have played the most games and on that basis would be favourites for bottom spot.
