The league has lost its first team of the season after only one match. AFC Bayfields who were also struggling for players have decided to call it a day following last weeks 10-0 defeat by Caxton Res for which this result will now not stand.
It seams that every season there is at least one team to drop out of the top flight seemingly because thay are not quite good enough. Its a shame for AFC Bayfields who this summer changed their name from Carlton Rangers who had in recent years enjoyed success as they went through the league but unfortunatley found the 1st division too strong.
This also leave Norton Athletic without a match tomorrow (27th).
